Size Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refund. To be eligible for a refund or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Size Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at [email protected]. For the fastest delivery, we recommend that you purchase the correct product, and we will refund you for the original product as soon as we receive the return.
Refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refund. The fastest way to receive a refund is to go to our “Size Exchange and Returns” page here. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at [email protected].
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Limited editions are final sale. If you have worn or used the gear, those products are not eligible for a refund or a size exchange. Items that are purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
